What happens if we must wait for keys?

As with all moving companies, there will be an additional hourly waiting charge.

Do you offer insurance?

All of our vans are covered by our goods in transit and public liability insurance.

What is the price based on?

Our prices are based on the time it takes to pack, load and unload along with the distance from one property to another.

What services do you provide?

All of our moves are tailored to the individual, we provide the following services:
Full packing service
Part packing service
Dismantle and reassemble of furniture
Packed by the owner with our packing materials

How far do you travel?

We cover all of the UK.

When do I need to pay for my move?

A deposit is required to secure your booking, full payment is required at least 3 days before your moving date. 

How much notice do I have to give to move?

As much notice as possible however we are also able to accommodate for short notice moves.

What do I do if I need to cancel?

We understand that occasionally there may be circumstances out of your control which means you have to cancel or postpone your move such as failure to complete. We have a very fair cancellation policy, see here for more details.

What happens if something breaks?

We know the best way to wrap, pack and stack things in our vans to avoid them moving around during the journey. If you follow our advice when packing your belongings.
